Conch Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. conch, ground
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
dash of Tabasco sauce
black pepper to taste
raw vegetables, sliced
Preparation

Blend the cream cheese and milk together until very smooth. Add the conch and remaining ingredients.
Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
