7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 (14 oz.) can sliced carrots, cooked
    3 ribs celery or 1 c. cut fine
    3 green onions and tops, sliced fine
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    1 c. black ripe olives, sliced
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 bottle creamy Italian dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large salad bowl (looks beautiful in crystal clear bowl), layer half of lettuce, then layers of carrots, celery and green onions.
