Bavarian (St. Nick) Salad Mound - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 navel oranges
1 tangelo
1 large apple (tart)
3 bananas
1 1/2 c. white grapes (canned spiced may be substituted)
3 tangerines
1 can mandarin orange sections, cut
1 c. almonds (slivers)
1 c. pecans, broken
1 c. miniature marshmallows (white only)
1 (6 oz.) jar or larger red maraschino cherries (halved)
1 (6 oz.) jar or larger green maraschino cherries (halved)
Preparation

Combine the following cut fresh fruits:
navel oranges, tangelo, apple, bananas, white grapes and tangerines.
Add mandarin orange sections, almonds, pecans, miniature marshmallows and cherries.
Shortly before serving combine with sweetened whipped cream.
Serves about 20.
