No-Sugar Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and sliced sweet apples (such as Golden Delicious)
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice (undiluted)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    some lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup apple juice and set aside.
    Simmer the sliced apples and remainder of apple juice together in a saucepan (low heat) until apples begin to look transparent.
    Add cornstarch mixture and cook briefly until thickened and clear, stirring continuously.
    I add some \"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter\" when I remove the pan from the heat.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    You can use a crumb topping or a second pie crust on top or nothing.
