California Salad With Beverly'S Honey Dijon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red leaf lettuce, watercress or endive
    1 ripe avocado
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained or fresh oranges, peeled and sliced into \"wheels\"
    1 can large, pitted black olives
    1/2 medium size red onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Tear into bite size pieces in a large salad bowl. Add sliced avocado, oranges, onion rings and halved, large black olives. Set aside.
