Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. mashed banana (3 medium)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat sugar, butter, egg yolks, banana and vanilla on medium speed until fluffy.
    Sift and beat remaining ingredients on low speed.
    As soon as the last of the flour disappears, fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
