Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons
    4 oz. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine the croutons with the cheese.
    Place in baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the crouton mix. Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    I use a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch dish.
