Texas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 c. soft butter (1 stick)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour and corn meal; mix well. Add pineapple and all other ingredients; mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 1 hour. Cool.
