Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken wings, cut apart at joints
    1/2 c. distilled white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 to 3 Tbsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning or to taste
    1 to 3 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
Preparation
    Discard chicken wingtips.
    Rinse remaining wing pieces and pat dry, then arrange in a single layer in 2 lightly greased shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pans.
    Bake, uncovered, in 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
