Orange Candied Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. white syrup
1 pinch of cream of tartar
juice and grated rind of 1 orange
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients, except pecans; cook to soft ball stage.
Beat, then add pecans.
Stir until pecans are well coated. Spread out on paper and separate.
