Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 unbaked graham cracker crust (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine egg whites and pumpkin.
    Stir in sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
    Stir in milk.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
