Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen diced potatoes
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 small onion
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    bacon or meat (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
