Louisiana Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small can milk (2/3 c.)
pinch of salt
Preparation

Let this come to a boil, then add a big pinch of soda.
After this boils, add 1 1/2 cups nuts and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Beat until creamy and drop from spoon on waxed paper.
For best results, cook in a heavy skillet.
