Shrimp Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. light cream
    1 c. frozen potato soup
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp or crab meat
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper and butter together.
    Add cream and potato soup; stir over heat until boiling point.
    Add cheese, lemon juice and shrimp.
    Serve in patty shells or with toast points.
