Kathy'S Valentine Mimosa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 (750 ml) bottles extra dry champagne, chilled
1 (10 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries
Preparation

Prepare the orange juice according to the package instructions.
Combine with the pineapple juice in a large bowl or pot; chill.
When ready to serve, pour in the champagne.
Serve in wine glasses with a cherry in the bottom of each.
Yields about 1 gallon.
