Perfect Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    4 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto (optional)
    2 large carrots
    2 medium yellow peppers
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Cook linguine; drain.
    Add spinach, ham, carrots and peppers (matchstick thin strips).
    Add cheese, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Serves 6 main dish servings, 330 calories, 15 g fat.
