Pearl Onions In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) white pearl onions
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
white pepper and salt to taste
dash ground nutmeg
1 drop hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Melt butter over medium-high heat.
When melted, add flour, stirring constantly with wire whisk.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add nutmeg and hot pepper sauce.
Fold in onions and mix well.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
