Cranberry Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cherry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 small oranges
4 c. fresh cranberries
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water.
Chill until very thick.
Cut orange in wedges; remove seeds.
Put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
Mix fruit and sugar.
Fold into gelatin.
Pour into large (2-quart) mold, or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Makes about 12 servings.
Great for the holidays!
