Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bottle cocktail sauce
    1 pkg. small frozen cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and cocktail sauce.
    Blend well and shape into a 9-inch pie pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cover with cocktail sauce.
    Place thawed shrimp on top of sauce and serve.
