Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. bag Mozzarella slices
    1 lb. bag Mozzarella, shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    9 lasagne noodles, cooked
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in large skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Add Ragu; heat just to boiling.
    Mix shredded Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Ladle 1/3 of meat sauce into bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Layer 3 noodles, then 1/2 cheese mixture and 2nd 1/3 of meat sauce.
    Repeat.
    Top with 3 noodles and Mozzarella slices, in that order.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    This also freezes well for a make-ahead meal.
