Chocolaty Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, seeded and drained
    1/2 c. water
    2 (2 oz.) envelopes Nestle ChocoBake, divided
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender. Add beef; cook over medium heat until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in beans, puree, paste, peppers and water.
    Stir in one envelope ChocoBake, chili powder and bouillon; mix well.
    Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Stir in remaining ChocoBake and heat through.
    Serve over corn chips or over hot rice.
