Lemon Fluff Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
3 c. hot water
8 oz. cream cheese
20 to 24 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Mix with cream cheese.
Put in refrigerator until partially jelled, then add pineapple and fold in cream that has been whipped.
Chill until set.
May be served in molded form or casserole dish.
