Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. peeled, grated and drained zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat until fluffy eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
Add zucchini, flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in a greased and floured pan (9 x 12-inch) at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
