Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla (2 tsp. if imitation flavoring)
Preparation
    Let cream cheese set at room temperature until softened. Combine cream cheese and sour cream, beating well.
    Add eggs and sugar; beat well.
    Add vanilla and cornstarch; beat well.
    Stir in whipping cream with spatula.
    Use a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Place drained pineapple in bottom of pan; pour in cheesecake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
