Hamburger Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
potato slices
onion slices
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Make hamburger into patties and place in a baking dish.
Place potato and onion slices on top of the patties.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour soup over this and cover with foil.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Soup makes an excellent gravy.
