Ingredients

1 lb. boneless (crosscut) beef, cut in cubes
1 pkg. frozen peas (small)
1 pkg. carrots, diced small
1/2 can tomato soup
1/4 c. Minute tapioca
3 c. water
1 onion, cut up
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cover and bake 3 1/2 or 4 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven and stir 3 times while cooking.
