Peach Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sifted 10x sugar
1 c. finely diced, fresh peaches
1/8 tsp. almond flavoring

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add almond flavoring.
Mix, then add fresh peaches and mix gently.
Spread on crackers or a cake roll.
