Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Bacardi rum
3/4 c. brandy
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; add sugar gradually, mixing well.
Add rum and brandy slowly, beating constantly.
Add ice cream and stir gently. Whip the cream and fold into egg yolk mixture.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Beat egg yolks in bowl you want to serve in or you'll end up in the wrong bowl!
This has a mild taste, but a strong effect!
