Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil; add chopped onion and cook until tender.
    Pour off drippings.
    Cook vegetables in water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine vegetables, soup, salt, pepper, soy sauce and celery.
    Stir into meat.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with Chinese noodles.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
