Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together well.
Put 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and get real hot.
Pour cornbread mixture in and bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
