Stacked Fruit-Wiches(Makes 2 Sandwiches; 224 Calories Each) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices very thin whole wheat bread
    lettuce leaves
    4 slices Lite-line process cheese product, any flavor
    1 small apple, cored and sliced
    2 juice-packed pineapple slices, drained
    1/4 c. Lite-line plain yogurt
    2 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    On each bread slice, layer lettuce, 2 Lite-line slices, apple and pineapple.
    In small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; spoon over each sandwich.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Serve immediately.
