Oriental Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2.5 lb.) bag stir-fry vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. seasoned chow mein noodles
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
    Spoon into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 12 servings.
