Greek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, cut up
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick chopped celery
1/2 can Ro-Tel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. rice
2 garlic buttons or 2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Melt butter in large
pan.
Add chicken.
Add 2 cans of water or chicken broth.
Mix
well.
Cook
45
minutes in 400\u00b0 oven or on top of stove at very low heat.
