Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    15 to 16 oz. canned salmon
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    big pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, in a glass pie dish
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together until blended.
    Add salmon, breaking up lightly with a fork.
    Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into baked pie shell, being sure the solids are distributed evenly in the bottom of the shell. Microwave, uncovered, at power level High for 10 1/2 to 13 1/2 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, or until center becomes firm.
