Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Preparation

Cream butter in mixing bowl at low speed.
Gradually add sugar, creaming well at medium speed.
Add 1 egg at a time; beat 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon into baked pastry shell.
Chill 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate (sweet) shavings on top of cream.
