Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. raw peanuts (optional)
4 qt. popped popcorn

Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients until ropey and a light caramel color.
Pour over popcorn and spread to cool.
