Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    5 c. plain flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar, butter and boiling water; set aside.
    Mix warm water and yeast in small bowl; set aside.
    In first mix add 2 1/2 cups plain flour and egg; mix well.
    Add yeast mix; stir well. Now add 2 1/2 cups more plain flour; mix well.
    Grease large bowl with oil.
    Put dough in bowl; cover with wet towel.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Take out, punch down and set in warm place.
    Rise 3 hours.
    Make rolls, size you want.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
