Apricot Nectar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. halved green seedless grapes
    1/4 c. chopped unpeeled apple
Preparation
    Bring nectar to a boil.
    Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in water and lemon juice.
    Chill until consistency of egg white.
    Stir in fruits.
    Pour into oiled mold.
    Chill.
    Garnish with apple, oranges and green grapes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
