Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, place the pecans and coconut. Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour over the pecans and coconut.
Do not stir.
In separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat until creamy and drop by spoonfuls over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
