Creamy Red Raspberry Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 c. raspberries
    1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Line a strainer with cheesecloth.
    Add the yogurt and allow to drain over a bowl for 30 minutes.
    Transfer to a medium bowl. Puree the raspberries in a food processor.
    Fold them into the yogurt.
    Add the peels and basil.
    Combine well.
    Yields 1 cup.
