Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 doz. vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling or have a variety
Preparation
    Line muffin tins with liners.
    Place one cookie in each. Combine remaining ingredients, except pie filling.
    Mix well. Spoon mixture into each liner on top of cookies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Remove liners (optional). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    In sunken spot, top with pie filling.
