Hot Or Cold German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 large potatoes
    onion
    green pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. mayo
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2-inch cubes chicken
    pineapple tidbits
    sliced purple grapes (can use green grapes, but purple add more color)
    coconut
    plain yogurt into which you have stirred curry powder
Preparation
    Best if made a day in advance.
    Serve on lettuce leaves and top with toasted sliced almonds.
