Huntington Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. hen, stewed and cubed
2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 c. broth
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. cream (optional)
Preparation

Stew and cube chicken.
Cook the macaroni.
Cube Velveeta cheese.
Save broth from chicken and thicken with flour.
Mix this together and place in the bottom of casserole dish.
Brown the crumbs and add cream; place on top of the casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 8x11 or square pan.
Serves 6-8.
