Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 acorn squash, halved and seeded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine crackers and melted butter or oleo and set aside.
Place squash in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, cut side down.
Pour 1/4 way up dish with water.
Bake 40 minutes.
Turn squash and sprinkle with crumb mixture and bake 10 minutes more until squash is fork-tender.
