Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    26 Ritz crackers
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar and baking powder.
    Fold in pecans and crushed Ritz crackers.
    Add a pinch of salt.
    Pour in a pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Refrigerate overnight and top with whipped cream.
