Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Beat eggs with sugar, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
    Add flour mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Fold in apples and nuts until well blended. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
