Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar (1 white and 1 brown)
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. canned cream
12 graham crackers, crushed
1 medium size can pineapple, drained
Preparation

Put pineapple in baking dish.
Pour over crushed graham crackers.
Mix eggs, sugars, margarine and cream.
Cook until mixed well and starts to boil.
Pour over pineapple and graham crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve warm with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
