Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water together in a large bowl.
    Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
    Coat pecans (nuts) in egg mixture; then stir pecans in sugar and spice mixture.
    Spread pecans in a buttered shallow pan and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
