Chicken Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled chicken
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. coiled vermicelli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove from the bone and chop into bite size pieces.
    Cook vermicelli, in broth from chicken until it is tender.
    Saute celery and onions until clear.
    Combine chicken, vermicelli, onions and celery, soup and cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
