Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tortillas
    4 onions
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine spinach, green onions, soup and peppers in blender. Add sour cream.
    Soften tortillas in hot oil.
    Layer tortillas with onions and cheese, then green spinach sauce.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
